Lost Lands: Ice Spell

The cold has come to the Lost Lands in the middle of the summer. Folk are hiding inside, trying to warm their homes while the deep freeze threatens their lives. The elders say that the spirit of the Frozen Mountains has awoken, but they were mistaken. The real cause lies deep in the ancient history of the Lost Lands, when the world was young. Join Susan on her quest to find the source of the sudden winter and help her bring warmth back to the Lost Lands.

I'm going to go and play another one in this series to see if they are all like this. The graphics are spectacular - colourful, well defined and perfect on the eyes. It went on and on, and again new areas opened up to be explored. We were sucked right into the story by the captivating opening sequence and the familiar faces of the beloved characters. In this game we are again playing as Susan. Thanks Fivebn for another job well done! Perhaps this was a glitch in my game but it happened more than once. I loved everything about the game and hope the company keeps making more like this! I especially enjoyed the little goblin guy, who reminded me of Dobby from Harry Potter. The adventure part does not go above and beyond to be revolutionary, but the challenge factor is still there. Have fun! I played them all and really enjoyed them.

The Lost Lands have frozen over in spring, and she has to help solve the problem. I can not think of anything to add because it really is one excellent game in every area. The puzzles were great, not too difficult but not too easy. This is where my one complaint about this game comes in. But luckily there is this interactive map. Well done to the devs. I have never played any of the Lost Lands games before so have to assume that the lead character is in all of them. I loved everything about the game and hope the company keeps making more like this! Definitely comes recommended. The story line, graphics and challenge makes this game series one of my favourites. The story is pretty interesting even though that's never a deal breaker for me. The length was just right-not boringly long but not too short. I did have to skip a couple though due to frustration but it was still great. The detailed artwork is simply stunning to look at and the subtle animations in each scene effectively add to the realism of the experience. The story drew me in right away and what helped to make it this way was the fantastic graphics. I found this especially frustrating in the minigrame opening the crypt.

  2. It went on and on, and again new areas opened up to be explored. The first mini-game threw me into a spin - what looked so easy took me 30 minutes to conquer! Now this is what I call value for money. Date published:
