Rated 5 out of 5 by rosesense from Loved it I haven't always been a fan of this series but decided to give this one a try and glad that I did. I played the game twice. Date published: Rated 5 out of 5 by zandu2 from Just call me simple Just call me simple for I don't know why most people didn't care for the game. Didn't particularly follow the Puppet Show series, but I've been loosely following this developer's other works. For me the puzzles seemed to flow well in the game and did not seem to be thrown in simply to extend the gameplay time. Did Alexander make the devil a deal in exchange for the ability to create a living, breathing doll? I really enjoyed the game. Liked collecting the 26 morphing flowers and the 15 bells for all the puppetshow games including this one. Some games are easy, some are more challenging, none have been really hard so far.

Fun game play and some new "twists" throughout. Great graphics as usual, the puzzles are fun, though it's nothing really new. The one with the Gazebo, Gladiator Allium and Spring blossoms. A definite buy for me.. The puzzle to get into the police station was my undoing. I'm assuming I was supposed to destroy something? I don't usually write reviews, I really liked this game because the games challenge me to complete the puzzles which I will skip if I can't figure them out. The voices, outstanding. This one is just as good as I had hoped! It may not be a "real" challenge for some, but it was just right for me. The game is filled with meaningless matching games and filler tasks, match balloons or match pillows, drag this through a small curved arc, more items to match. Date published: Rated 5 out of 5 by swordlady27 from On the edge of my seat I've played many Puppet Show games.

The puzzle to get into the police station was my undoing. A definite buy for me.. I really enjoy fantasy locations, but this break into something that's half fantasy, half real culture is really nice. I give it a whole hearted 5 stars. I don't usually write reviews, I really liked this game because the games challenge me to complete the puzzles which I will skip if I can't figure them out. The Mini-Games were downright insulting, at times they were nothing more than fillers used to make people believe this game wasn't as short, but it is a short game. They are so easy to solve that you wonder why they even offered them? Once again, this is a story about Dolls, fragile porcelain Dolls, not puppets. This might not come as a surprise to those who have read my reviews in the past but I loved the HOS in Porcelain Smile. The bonus chapter has the oriental puppet doll Amelie, Alexander the creator and Marie the mayor on a mini adventure. Absolutely lifelike, so lifelike that many people swore they were real. Date published: Rated 5 out of 5 by fulana from Great game This is a game worth buying. Some games are easy, some are more challenging, none have been really hard so far. Date published: Rated 5 out of 5 by heartblob from Their on the move those sneaky puppets.

It also has Collectible Bells with brief descriptions about each of the 15 PuppetShow games in the series. Sadly the voiceovers have not always been the best and those in this game are downright awful, from the wanna-be cowboy voice of Otis to the squeaky high-pitched voice of Dee Dee. Even though I might have found some things in the game Slingo Quest Amazon I did not like, in the end I found it to be a very good game and one that is a buy for me. I can see where it would be too easy for the experts but it was just right for me. I love the graphics and story lines. I wished the walkthrough PuppetShow: Porcelain Smile Collectors Edition included how to get the achievements though, because I missed the one called "relieve stress" and I have no idea where'how to clear that one. One of the screensavers has the opening scene. Without giving anything away, just play it for fun! Love the Oriental Flair. We all like different things and levels of difficulty so I say give this one a try. Why Bells? Date published: Rated 5 out of 5 by swordlady27 from On the edge of my seat I've played many Puppet Show games. I couldn't finish the trial version.

The Mini-Games were downright insulting, at times they were nothing more than fillers used to make people believe this game wasn't as short, but it is a short game. PuppetShow is a series I have always liked, and I always look forward to the next installment. Keep up the good work! His obsession to make dolls as lifelike as possible cost him nearly everything. This takes place two years after the main game. Date published: Rated 3 out of 5 by taipale from Japanese Barbie One of the main characters dresses in traditional Japanese clothing and is presumably Japanese, yet has European features. The HOPs are plentiful, but if you're someone who likes them integrated with other games, they are well balanced. Replay 14 hops, 11 mini-games, 8 movies and 4 music. Okay, I realize that some long-time players of HOPA games will find the game far too easy for their tastes but at least for me the game did require some thought. Yes, the effort wasn't 'rocket science', but that's why I play games What in the world are people wanting? As always, please try the demo to see if Puppet Show Porcelain Smile will be a game you enjoy. A definite buy for me..

Alexander did achieve his goal, the last 5 dolls he created Zumas Revenge before his disappearance was absolutely perfect in every way. IMHO, there is no other developer that creates such beautiful and realistic characters for their games, which is what attracted me back in Sadly the voiceovers have not always been the best and those in this game are downright awful, from the wanna-be cowboy voice of Otis to the squeaky high-pitched voice of Dee Dee. 1. Puppetshow must have given us something special for our fifteenth adventure. Eventually, they do throw in a Fragment Find, a Keyword in Sentence Find and a Replacement Find where you reverse everything by picking up inventory items and placing them logically into the scene.
