Rated 5 Myth of 5 by GameKat from What's not to love Great story line, great fhe, great graphics and fun to play. The opening makes it seem this is the first of a series and I certainly hope so. Ghe bonus contents are the usual stuff, with the unusual only being the Making Of. Highly recommended. Most Fiona Finch and the Finest Flowers them are accurate, but Bo's voice is clearly American, which kind of annoyed me. Switching between options in mid-game is possible without starting over if you find the option you chose is too easy or too difficult. And the collectibles are cranes which are pretty easy to find. The other two options are increasingly difficult. This is not a puzzle, as there is no challenge to it, but it's still a great addition.

Not too easy, not too hard. Date published: The puzzles were good too, but a little bit too challenging for me personally. Could have been a CE for sure. Not used too often, but is used enough. When an item needs to be mixed, a minigame begins. It starts off ominously, and you know straight away that something evil is going on. Overall a neat game, of all the Myths of the World games that I have tried, this one is the best one. Enjoyed it tremendously!!! Well, then Myths of the World should be just right for you as the developers took on the theme that very few developers in the casual market has come across. Highly recommended. Overall, I was extremely pleased with this game.

After speaking to him, you must find the ritual that will ultimately heal Jinhai before it is too late There is a nice balance between the searching scenes and the puzzles although the game oc a little more on the Hidden Object scenes. Date published: Rated 5 out of 5 by pantherseer from can't wait for next one I just loved this game - sharp graphics, colors, sound, and story. There is a wonderful balance of puzzles and HOs, and not too much dialogue or cut scenes. Most of them are accurate, but Bo's voice is clearly American, which kind of annoyed me. I loved it every time I got to use it. The other two options are increasingly difficult. Diary- used to keep track of events. This game goes in with the 5 or 6 that really stand out in my mind. I had quite a lot of fun with this game. Hint is useful outside HOS, and also acts as a portal, as it can teleport you to the location where you need to be. It's almost perfect. Date published: I can say it was worth the extra, so the SE should be very good. Again, I can't say enough about the graphics in HD. Date published: Rated 5 out of 5 by cestqui from Well executed This review is based upon completion of game and bonus play in casual mode my usual for first time around , CE version.

Date published: Rated 5 out of 5 by Mazeo from A Great Game I can perhaps understand that those who want a real "brain teaser" with well hidden objects might find this game a bit too easy, but I found this game to be excellent. However, I still found the story enjoyable. I have played many BF games and never read any Closing Credits as entertaining as you will find with this game. It starts off ominously, and you know straight away that something evil is going on. The mini-games were varied, which kept them entertaining, although not overly challenging - which is fine with me. I am looking forward to the next installment of Myths of the World. What fabulous time playing this game. I felt a part of the great and awesome land of China! Great game! Kudos to the developers - am already looking forward to the next Myths of the World adventure! I must say, it was well worth the wait! What more awesome is the setting of the game. I vote for this game as Game of the Year ! At first, this seems straightforward: All you have to do is heal him and go home, right? The game flowed very well, with a lot of scenes and the storyline was enjoyable.

See for yourself, you won't be disappointed. The HOGs were easy and still had clever interactive aspects. That didn't stop them being fun. The only issue I have is with things not being accurate to the setting. If they're going to create a Chinese game, they should at least make sure the names are pronounced the way the Chinese would pronounce them. Objects are clear and easy to find but if you do not like finding objects, you can switch to Chinese Mahjong mode — very clever. Kudos to the developers - am already looking forward to the next Myths of the World adventure! You have the option in the lower left-hand corner of each hidden object puzzle to switch to a mahjong game instead. Good going, people! I love this game. Additionally, you have a Healing Kit to keep you busy in the game. They are well-drawn and very detailed. Myths of the World takes place in some part of China which is a country we rarely been to through Hidden Object Adventure game and is this the first CE game set in China? The games are varied and doable, and there's a nice healing potion bag that you use throughout to mix necessary ingredients into the potions needed.

  1. At first, this seems straightforward: All you have to do is heal him and go home, right? Well, then Myths of the World should be just right for you as the developers took on the theme that very few developers in the casual market has come across. Puzzles are of the very easy variety, even for me who always skip puzzles. Date published: Rated 5 out of 5 by denniann2 from a great game i don't usually like the asian games for some reason but i did like this one.

  2. This Healing Kit could have been a really good idea if it is developed a little further as for now, all you have to do is play the same mini-game all over and over again with no real purpose. This game goes in with the 5 or 6 that really stand out in my mind. The graphics are outstanding, the voice-overs are good, and wonder of wonders, the story line is tight, plausible for a myth , and ends well, expectedly, and in a timely manner by that I mean, it doesn't suddenly come to an en and it doesn't unnecessarily drag out. The ending credits are an exceptionally clever touch, and the extras are really first-rate and plentiful.
