Youda Mystery: The Stanwick Legacy

Uncover your grandfather’s secret in Youda Mystery: The Stanwick Legacy, an incredible Hidden Object Puzzle Adventure game! After inheriting Stanwick Manor, Emma searches the house and discovers that there is a secret to reveal. Finding proof that the house isn’t as abandoned as she was led to believe, Emma must now solve clever puzzles and make her way into locked rooms to discover the truth behind the mansion in Youda Mystery: The Stanwick Legacy!

Have just finished it was a bit disappointed at the end as it just appeared to finish, wished it had gone on longer and a more moving finish. On the flip side, there was a little too much wandering back and forth from room to room, and the hidden objects and artifacts could be tough to find. It is a fairly long game. What do you need to know about free software? As Emma enters the mysterious manor she hears a strange heartbeat like sound. Hidden objects were relevant for further game play. The trick is to figure out what you are to do next, where you are to go and what things move on their own. Try it and see for yourself What is the purpose of the strange piping, running through the house? I was able to find a walkthrough for this game on line, which helped with a couple of things I was having trouble with. Challenging games. No kid would be interested at all either. The game was also a bit short. The supposedly big surprise at the end is that there is no surprise! Did her granddad tell the full story? The game had a lot of hidden areas but it was very nice to have objects from the hidden areas used in other areas as this is what helped make the story line very interesting. The hidden object areas also have very good detail in line with the over-all detail of the rooms. Exactly what I've been longing for in a search-the-manor style HOG game. Emma's memories of living in the manor make it possible to open secret locks and lead her further into the house, revealing more and more secrets. Try it and see for yourself Liked the artwork, the beginning of the story, and that I could actually figure out what to do with the artifacts -- most of the time. Fills the whole screen. I got tired of clicking randomly to find the next move, so I went on-line and found a walk-throught, with which I was able to navigate through the rest of the game. I had to walk away from the game many times to get a new persective on how to proceed. I did turn the volume down some but just enough that I could hear the person do the dialog.

She recalls her grandfather telling her that he was an inventor of some sorts: "A bit of a mysterious man. When her taxi approaches the house there is a strange light glowing through the windows. No kid would be interested at all either. What is the purpose of the strange piping, running through the house? Some hidden object were hard to find which is nice and what i liked was it was not a dark game, some games you need night vision googles to see them The only downside to this game was it was far to short Date published: Rated 5 out of 5 by tamiprince from Just plain old fun : This had a great story line, just enough scare with out being demonic. That was very frustrating for me, because I like a game's story to be entertaining. And since there are so many holes in the story, there is a very good chance many people will need some hints. I had to walk away from the game many times to get a new persective on how to proceed. Have just finished it was a bit disappointed at the end as it just appeared to finish, wished it had gone on longer and a more moving finish. It's doesn't give away the answers you have to find it on your own. Anyway, don't waste your money buying this one. Not a game you want to eat at your computer or avoid going out for the day etc Would recommend it to others who enjoy puzzles as well as HO scenes. During her search, Emma discovers that nothing is what it seems to be.

  1. Between the HOGs, the graphics were good. Future Youda games are definitely on my radar now. I was able to find a walkthrough for this game on line, which helped with a couple of things I was having trouble with.

  2. Overall I found the game irrating in that the 'hint" function was anything but that. Liked the artwork, the beginning of the story, and that I could actually figure out what to do with the artifacts -- most of the time. Emma's memories of living in the manor make it possible to open secret locks and lead her further into the house, revealing more and more secrets. I liked how the story continually became more relayed the further along you got in game.

  3. That's why I gave it 2 stars. Graphics were as I liked them colourful and realistic, not cartoonist. The HO scenes are fairly easy BUT 3 or 4 hidden objects in each scene can be difficult to find not because they are cleverly hidden but because they are partially hidden by another item. I recommend this to no one. Great art.

  4. So I thought it was pretty good and I loved having to work it out on my own in order to proceed Not a big fan of attic rooms and basements too drab usually but in this game, even those areas were kinda fun. As Emma enters the mysterious manor she hears a strange heartbeat like sound. It was very challenging. Big on HOPS.

  5. Try it if your a FunPass member, but I don't recommend a purchase. It is a fairly long game. The game was also a bit short. But just having artifacts wasn't enough to proceed in the game.

  6. Luckily you are given a map; it is not interactive but it does tell you where there are active tasks, you also get a journal. What is the purpose of the strange piping, running through the house? It is a fairly long game.

  7. You have had to really think about what needs to be done. When her taxi approaches the house there is a strange light glowing through the windows. Of all the game titles that BF claims have "gorgeous graphics", this one is not mentioned and it has my vote for the Best. Luckily you are given a map; it is not interactive but it does tell you where there are active tasks, you also get a journal.

  8. With mixed feelings about it all, she goes back to her old home to find out if there is still any secret to reveal. You're able to skip the mini games, but it takes awhile. So I thought it was pretty good and I loved having to work it out on my own in order to proceed Liked the artwork, the beginning of the story, and that I could actually figure out what to do with the artifacts -- most of the time.

  9. The graphics were fine. The Hint feature takes a while to reload, which can be annoying when you have no idea what to do next to solve the mystery. It's doesn't give away the answers you have to find it on your own. I found myself scrambling to unlock each room as I couldn't wait to feast my eyes on what was next.
