The puzzles are nothing new, at least in the demo of the game, but usually the puzzles do become a bit more difficult as the game progresses. Everything was super. Experienced players watch out! I think it is a great idea to include photos of the creative geniuses who bring to life the games that I love to play. The graphics are excellent as is to be expected from ERS but they do often appear to have a fine mist over the scenes. Even though the puzzles in the demo were easy I did find them to be quite entertaining. The length is good with the bonus chapter being a great size as well. This edition comes with all the usual extras, built in strategy guide, wallpapers, concept art, extra puzzles and hidden object games, pictures of the game devs at work and of course a bonus game. One of the interesting things about this game, and of course it goes with the storyline of an unfinished book, is that a magic pencil appears and changes some scenes as you approach, which I think is very clever and well done. Sharpen your pencils or quills in HOPA talk and rewrite history, enjoy! There is a lot of CE content in the game including collectibles and achievements along with some very interesting activities we can complete. There were not too many HOS and just enough puzzles.

In this game we have the standard interactive list type, as well as ones where we find so many of a specific item, silhouette type, and then the progressive silhouette where we need to think about what to do next. Don't let a few bad reviews stop you from trying this terrific game. We have the standard set of tools, a diary that notes our progress through the game as well as an interactive map that shows where we have objectives to complete. The music is pretty much the standard ERS signature but I tend to enjoy it. I think it is a great idea to include photos of the creative geniuses who bring to life the games that I love to play. It did not indicate where something needed to be done. I just loved it! The assistant bunny was a chuckle. Everything was super. Sharpen your pencils or quills in HOPA talk and rewrite history, enjoy! As always, I recommend that you at least try the demo to see if this is a game you will like. Will you accept? There is a lot of CE content in the game including collectibles and achievements along with some very interesting activities we can complete. The puzzles are nothing new, at least in the demo of the game, but usually the puzzles do become a bit more difficult as the game progresses.

Since I love the artwork scenes that ERS produces, the wallpapers are a definite plus in this game. There are achievements to earn, most involve helping the citizens of Torelion, a customizable difficulty mode and you will collect jars of paint which will eventually be used to complete a picture. I love the style of the graphics, the storyline is good with cute characters and it's not dead easy either. Interested in seeing for yourself you take the book and flip through its pages but as you get to the end a fresh page appears and someone is asking for your help. I have every ERS game listed on Big fish, thanks to the recent developer spotlight. Date published: Rated 5 out of 5 by Rillbug from Tough Puzzles When I first started the game, I almost turned it off as I thought the graphics were too much like a children's game, but after I got into it, I pushed those feeling aside.

There is a transporting map but I seldom used it. Excellent puzzles, HO, strategy and voice overs. The Charma: The Land of Enchantment was monotonous and frankly annoying; I should have turned it off. It is not perfect, and I generally reserve a 5 rating for Hidden World game that has no flaws. The artwork was excellent, nice and clear, and there were some Editlon little effects. The king's servant, Liev, is desperate to find someone to help him protect the Royal enchanted crown that powers their entire Forgottne, after the dark mage Eldor, captured the king. The music was monotonous and frankly annoying; I should have turned it off. You Collectorw a reporter and receive a call from an old friend telling you about an old book that could be a front page story. Welcome to Torellion, you have been chosen to save the Crowb This game is one of the best I have played and I have played hundreds. None of the mini games seemed difficult, bop the beavers popping out of holes that Enchantdd wearing a mask, and one of my favorites, anticipating where two caterpillars will end up after they roll each with a separate rolling pattern. You could set your own time for hints and skips.

This game is one of the best I have played and I have played hundreds. The author of this unfinished book hasn't been helping either because he keeps adding items to the story to block your every move, but sometimes that works for us not against us. When bonus play is complete you get to see the design team in the studio!!! Playing at the highest level, I found the game enjoyable, challenging, and finally some new puzzles, a couple of which took and extraordinary amount of time to complete. Overall, one of the better games I have played in awhile.

Excellent puzzles, HO, strategy and voice overs. I recommend this to all and especially fans of ERS. Thank you. The story line is interesting, the characters are wonderful, there is so much to do and remember. 1. Date published: Rated 5 out of 5 by Mickey from How could anyone rate this poorly?? It did not indicate where something needed to be done. To me there is nothing worse than a bonus chapter that is the size of a quarter of a chapter but this one is as long as the others in the game. The assistant bunny was a chuckle.

  2. ERS was the developer who first caught my attention many years ago when I started to play HOPA games and because of them I have spent many, many enjoyable hours. Definate buy for me and worth the CE price. We need less blood and more kindness and goodness in games. You are a reporter and receive a call from an old friend telling you about an old book that could be a front page story. This is a fantasy themed game with lot's of cute talking animals, glowing plants and talking trees so if you don't like games that make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside, turn the page and start a new chapter.

  3. There is a lot of CE content in the game including collectibles and achievements along with some very interesting activities we can complete. Experienced players watch out! There is a transporting map but I seldom used it. This is no ordinary book, this is a book with unfinished business, this book requires you to finish writing the history of an enchanted kingdom with an evil mage, a shackled King, a nervous rabbit servant and a giant grizzly bear that holds the key to everything!

Interested in seeing for yourself you take the book and flip through its pages but as you get to the end a fresh page appears and someone is asking for your help. Surprisingly there aren't that many Hidden Object Scenes, but they are all interactive, and various types such as finding 12 golden objects, finding items that match the shapes and progressive interactive finds where you find the first item that matches the silhouetted shape and place or use that item into the scene which will reveal the next item and you repeat the process.

  5. Don't let a few bad reviews stop you from trying this terrific game. The music is pretty much the standard ERS signature but I tend to enjoy it. 6. Even though the puzzles in the demo were easy I did find them to be quite entertaining. The CE is not necessary as the SE story ends cleanly and the strategy guide is seldom required. 7. If it wasn't for the map it would have taken me days to finish this. It is not perfect, and I generally reserve a 5 rating for a game that has no flaws. However, upon replaying it a second time I found that I really enjoyed the game. In this game we have the standard interactive list type, as well as ones where we find so many of a specific item, silhouette type, and then the progressive silhouette where we need to think about what to do next.
