Personally, I felt a bit simple, playing this game, because everything, even the HOPs, makes you think. Zumas Revenge is a bit clunky. The music is lovely and fits the different scenes. Those like me who have been demanding more challenge recently have got it in Spades with this soft release. There is no choice of complexity. The music is different, the graphics are a pleasant change from most of the games out there, and for a small developer, it is obvious that a lot of thought went into the tone and atmosphere - nice voiceover, few mistakes in language. This is - at least for me - exception. I like that challenge. A walk-through is available on the developer's web site. In another review, someone pointed out that the end of the cursor shows Hand, Arrow, etc. This will be another 'Marmite', some will love it and others will hate it. No issues. But these were more on Dragon Keeper level of slight annoyances, and not enough to make me not want to buy the game and finish it. The music is lovely and fits the different scenes. I used the tutorial due to some of the comments by others, but I think I would have been able to figure it out without it esp having been warned that this game departs from the typical approach. No issues. Personally I turned down the volume on the music and sound effects, but I do that for almost all of the games on Big Fish; once turned down a bit, the solo guitar music made a pleasant background. I just purchased the game after I downloaded the Trial to see if the Reviews were correct in the assessment of the game's problems. In addition, some objects in the locations are marked with golden balls. I play through them in a snap. The tooltip works everywhere, in non-search locations it indicates the direction to the desired area with arrows. Beautiful games though. So I would recommend this game, but strongly recommend NOT to skip tutorial as I did and then had to catch a lot of things during gameplay. A walk-through is available on the developer's web site.
