As always, I review mostly on the game play and leave the story to others. Each hook will go through individually. Highly recommend. Plus it usually takes me quite a while to finish a Domini Game because it is so full of places to go, evil to conquer, things to collect, etc. On a grid, switch arrow buttons so that a path is created to lead a balloon to its destination while avoiding obstacles within its path. Hello friends! Highly recommend. Challenging at times but nothing too crazy. This is one my all time favorite maps. Secret City always delivers quality entertainment and proves to be a smart purchase every time. No real challenge on easy mode.

There are honestly not many big problems with this game and is overall a great game. I love these developers' game strategy and creativity. There are five 5 HOP scenes and six 6 mini-games within the chapter. Most of the challenge is finding the collectibles. Voices are age and character appropriate, when we have them, and we can click through dialog if we read faster than they speak without missing Death and Betrayal in Romania: A Dana Knightstone Novel Collectors Edition clue or helpful item. Secret City always delivers quality entertainment and proves to be a smart purchase every time. Domini Games' developers did it again! As always, try it for yourself and see what you think. Secret City always delivers quality entertainment and proves to be a smart purchase every time. Many times, I do not purchase a game because it contains a gadget or silly helper. Gadgets do not enhance a game for me at all, just have to use it and get over it. Move a token to an exit point by using directional arrows and setting the number of spaces to move it via a number wheel. That's exactly why I liked it. We had our "helpful" tattoo, but it wasn't used much yet. I really like this series and this addition is Mahjong Deluxe 3 exception.

The story is well-written. Chalk of Fate is not only filled with great extras, it has an entertaining storyline with gameplay that kept me playing for hours. Rotate pipes in a water system to create a path for a magnet to reach a key. Excellent animation, with eye and mouth movements and smooth body movements as well. I like having the option of switching to easy on the games so I don't have to skip any if I get really stuck. Still, moments of illogical development hold the game back from being a truly immersive and thrilling experience. I wish more of these mini-games were available to be replayed at the end of the game. When we needed to transport to another location, the map opens and areas are clearly identified by picture and name. Domini Games has never failed to bring me a great adventure to embark upon. These aren't difficult to find, but easy to overlook. All of them can be replayed. I love the Secret City series and I was looking forward to this new visit to the hidden cities and find out more about the Titans and the artifact. I love all the great features. Domini Games brings us plenty of extras in their CEs and the bonus chapters are usually just as entertaining as the main story. As always with this Developer, we have beautiful colors, very bright but not over powering.

Graphics are quite good, even with the slight blur blurring when going in and Dream Inn: Driftwood of close up scenes. I think gamers' opinions are the backbone of success, the developers should seriously pay attention to these reviews. I love these developers' game strategy and creativity. Now, we have a real big difference between what I think a statuette is and what they think it Edjtion. Challenging at times but nothing too crazy. HOGs are varied and well done with silhouettes, highlighted words, place pieces in scene and interactive HOGs. Secret City always delivers quality entertainment and proves to be a smart purchase every time.

Really like the collectibles in this series. I like having the option of switching to easy on the games so I don't have to skip any if I get really stuck. Don't know if we could switch to something else. I definitely recommend "Chalk of Fate". This is another superb game within this series. Everything was as wonderful as it was in the last installment. As always, I review mostly on the game play and leave the story to others. Play on! Save her from an evildoer, Ingvar, who wants this artifact to free his girlfriend, Olivia. The story is well-written. I also enjoy trying the different difficulty modes. When we needed to transport to another location, the map opens and areas are clearly identified by picture and name. That said, I have the need to play this one out. There was a nice variety of things to do which is what I look forward to in a good game. The scenes vary in style with some which are very creatively designed.

  1. The graphics and scenes were very clear, not muddled with unnecessary distractions or weird colors. If you are a beginner or just don't feel like taxing your brain and eyes this is the game for you BUT try before you buy, as always. And what an abundance of Achievements we have here. I love all the great features. I am still a fan of the original list style but another favorite that is present in this game is where we find specific pattern parts that are hidden in a portrait.

  2. Date published: Rated 4 out of 5 by dancemom1 from Very nice addition Gadgets do not enhance a game for me at all, just have to use it and get over it. With this fourth installment, the fantasy hidden object adventure series takes us to the back streets on the New York City, on the hunt for a one-of-a-kind artifact.

  3. I found in this one, that we didn't seem to do as much backtracking before we found and used items. The audio is also wonderful and complements the vibe of the game well. The globe alternates between two sides of the world. As usual, I will organize my thoughts into a pros and cons list.

  4. There is a nice variety in the HOPS with some scenes being better than others. Now, we have a real big difference between what I think a statuette is and what they think it is. Not just thrown in to lengthen the game. Great story ahead, I think!

  5. The storyline was great; and, as always, really beautiful graphics; the voiceovers were very good; same with the music. The hidden object scenes were interactive and very clever and you had the option to play the match-three game as an alternative. My favorite is one in which involves a search for animals by changing scenes using orbs of the sun, the moon, and a star. HOGs are varied and well done with silhouettes, highlighted words, place pieces in scene and interactive HOGs. I wish more of these mini-games were available to be replayed at the end of the game.

  6. Graphics are quite good, even with the slight blur blurring when going in and out of close up scenes. I never feel slighted with a game from this developer. As always with this Developer, we have beautiful colors, very bright but not over powering. The scenery is nice but the story is dull, hollow and really not worth the price.

  7. Each hook will go through individually. Music was okay, but just didn't seem to fit the game or what was happening at the time Rotate 5 rings on a cryptex to create paths for 3 hooks to reach their matching slots on the other end. There are three collectibles — morphing statues, pictures, and coins to purchase items for a gift shop. Everything was as wonderful as it was in the last installment.

  8. I really like this series and this addition is no exception. The easy version has the player only rotating each of five tumblers until the correct symbol appears. You can also choose not to use this helpful feature if you want even more challenge. There are a couple of creatively designed HOP scenes.
