10 Days Under The Sea

Set sail on the open seas, and help Little Carrie find her spirit. It`s been removed from her body by the ghost of a mysterious old man. Luckily she`s stumbled upon an ancient compass, but things aren`t quite as they appear. The pieces to the compass are scattered below the waves. Comb underwater scenes for hidden objects in gorgeous locations like the Sea of Japan, the Caribbean, and the Nile. Can you restore the state of things in 10 Days Under the Sea?

Use the camera to capture different fish swimming across the scene, add to book and learn more about them, too. The re-playability is also very good. Graphics are crisp and soundtrack is acceptable. You also get to take photos of the many varied fish, which go into an album.

I didn't want it to end Even so, with an appropriate story line not involving dead people, spirits, and magic plus appropriate objects that could be found, this game could have easily been a five star game. Items were hard to see no matter how I had my settings. There are limited hints, only four hints in each chapter but there are also four other special bonus hints that you can acquire in the hidden object scenes. Graphics are crisp and soundtrack is acceptable. I'm playing it for the third time right now. Some arcade involvement. This is a real Hidden Object Game but somethings are too hidden.

I like to play straight hidden object games. The objects should have been more of what a child would know since this is suppose to be a Dyas game. I personally didnt like it. Items were hard to see no matter how I had my settings. I cannot recommend it for children because of the story line Ses objects children would have no way of knowing what they are. Get your camera ready. Frustrating from that standpoint. It has straight forward hidden object scenes with some puzzles in between and you can skip puzzles straight away. Traveling 10 days - five locations each day and one final scene. As you capture photos of the various types of fish, they appear in your photo journal. I'm playing it for the third time right now. Would have given 5 stars if it were more challenging. I thought it was a nice interaction tool with feeding the fish and having to distract them. Her eyes were much keener than mine, but she needed a little help with some items.

Hidden objects are reasonably easy to find, although many are not consistent with the scene depicted. This Ths quite an old school game. This is a cute game for kids with colorful graphics! All in all, a niceeasy game for all ages. Much as I enjoyed watching the fish, the rest of the game just wasn't worth the aggravation. I cannot recommend it for children because of the story line and objects children would have no way of knowing what they are.

  1. What I liked about the game was the fish and taking pictures of them. A sandwich looked like a plate of fruit. Let the youngest grandkid age 7 play and she loved it. Items were hard to see no matter how I had my settings. If you skip a mini-game, you will lose one hint in the next day's round.

Hints and power-ups are quite scarce, and you can't replace them until the next chapter, which gives you about 1 hint per scene.
