This is one of my biggest complaints of games. First of all, and I do say this with a bit of personal amazement I found the HOG scenes to be quite entertaining! Cindy Allen is Cinderella, who prevented the Huntsman from stealing the Book of Fairy Tales, but the book sustained some damages and Cinderella vanished into the real world. The inventory items were clear and interacted well with their corresponding use in game play. Thank you for making such a great game!! I could hardly stop playing, but I also wanted to save some for later. Not even close. Please note that we can't help you out if you write about it in your post. Finally, a good HOA game!! But the game was so wonderful and innovative, I'm giving it a low 5-star rating. Loved the artwork, Elephant Games! Although I played to the end without using the hint system, I used it on a re-play to evaluate it.

I even liked the bonus chapter and the take on Hansel and Gretel. Finally, a good HOA game!! Date published: Rated 5 out of 5 by BooksandGameFan from Loved being the main character in a fairytale! The map was well drawn and I appreciate that it both transports, as well as indicates tasks yet to be accomplished. While for my personal taste some of the mini games might have been a bit more challenging, overall they were quite fun to play and the puzzles enjoyable to solve. The HOS's were interactive and fun. The story line was interesting and engaging. Great sounds throughout and the usual 4 options of difficulty for a game. No Fairytale would be complete without the Cheshire Cat, so naturally he joins the princess on this amazing adventure, and he sure can talk up a storm! 2. I just loved walking around looking at everything, being a part of their world as well as playing all the fun hidden object scenes and mini games. They are bright, clear to see, and include a variety of puzzles and mini games within them. Great sounds throughout and the usual 4 options of difficulty for a game. Super strategy guide. Surface has had a few duds lately but The Lost Tale is certainly not one of 'em, however, this doesn't seem like a storyline that should be offered in a Surface game, it seems more like a Dark Parable storyline to me.

  3. The collectibles were many and I believe I missed one rose but not having the option to go back to find it was discouraging. What a great journey it is! Submit Thank you for writing a post! 4. Submit Thank you for writing a post! This game had some lovely and interesting musical themes that I could appreciate for themselves. I wasn't as pleased by the bonus chapter, I had hoped it would pick up where the game left off, instead it went to a missing nurse and who she had become then it was all about darkness and rescuing her. I loved the bobble heads, refrigerator magnets, baby gnome and family, hidden baby bird and mermaid.
