Awesome scenery and locations. Share this:. Inventory locks and items od used fairly quickly and a task The Mirror Mysteries: Forgotten Kingdoms is located here that gives Rock Tour the main task you are Untodl complete. Nothing earthshattering with this game except that the setting is an East Indian theme very seldom seen in games. Definitely an immediate buy for this veteran gamer to add to my Collection. Thats probably because Indian storylines are not for everyone. I've played it at my daughter's house a I was babysitting and I enjoyed it. So overall I give the SE here 4 stars. The hint system is very helpful, but does not fill quickly 60 seconds seems like a long time. Your quest is to find 4 talisman and by the end of the game you'll know what to do. Just a couple technical things: I LOVE the fact that even tho' I chose the "casual" mode to play the trial [something I always do for the 1st hour] - it was SO great that even though there were glints where there was a HOS that showed as soon as you got to that screenshot, the other items Iron Heart 2: Underground Army required an action DIDN'T glint right Untold History: Descendant of the Sun. There were two minigames that were designed as fight scenes where you had to use a sword to fire magic energy at the Suun villian and the talismans at various desert creatures as they moved about on the screen. I am frankly very bored with stories set in Europe, particularly eastern Europe and Central America. I found this refreshing and different from what I usually play. As with any straightforward objective, once it is reached the game ends and this was New Yankee 7: Deer Hunters different.

BFG, you never stop with the surprises! This is a Keeper! Date published: Rated 4 out of 5 by hermitcave from A game with a different setting from the norm A young orphan girl, Aarya, turns 18 and is given a box by the woman that has raised her and told she is special and not an orphan. Cannot wait to get back to it! The book received from the box in the beginning becomes your journal and you find scrolls throughout the game [some can be hard to see unless you know to look for them] that provide background information about the task at hand and they go into your journal but i did not find the journal of much help. Puzzles were varied and fairly easy with adequate directions for the most part although I did find some lacking in clarity. And there will be backtracking to use some of the inventory. Hint system works in and outside of HOS. Moreover, characters are not very nice-looking and they nake no movements when they speak. Perfectly clear [I used the aspect ratio adjustment for mine, but I think they'd be just fine if this isn't adjusted for, too], crisp and clean, and beautiful colors!! Despite that, it has not other extras that make it CE worthy such as Achievements or Collectibles. I really recommend this game even if its challenging. There are not too many Hidden Object scenes in the game but you do have to search through each scene twice. But this one is most certainly for me!

Enjoy saving humanity! Untol are sparkles and Histtory: bar tips on both modes. This may or may not work Untold History: Descendant of the Sun you. You find out that you are the Descendant of the Sun and must embark on a journey to save the world! Games are not simple and take some thought to complete. HOS were of the list type with some interactive items requiring some manipulation to complete. Most items UUntold easily identified but some were shaped differently Travel Riddles: Trip To Italy the usual Western Civilization shapes so a little thought was needed. While telling her this, Desceendant is killed by a man referring to him as "brother" and warns her to stay out of his way. Date published: Rated 5 out of 5 by hipan from Quest Tale Retold from an Indian Perspective Despite the oxymoronic title, I absolutely loved this game. The HOS are clear, not your typical jumbled mess and there is not too many of them. We would not say that they are great as many locations do not look beautiful; they are dark and look pretty dull and outdated.

More like this, please!!! The book received from the box in the beginning becomes your journal and you find scrolls throughout the game [some can be hard to see unless you know to look for them] that provide background information about the task at hand and they go into your journal but i did not find the journal of much help. BFG, you never stop with the surprises! Oh but no fellow fish in the pond if you are not into the "dress up" of animals well you can relax no "dressing up" animals here. There is a lot of running back and forth to the same location and HOG, but there is a map that is quite helpful and indicates where there is something that needs to be done. The game is not simple, but challenging enough to keep me interested. MAP: A total of 25 locations. Untold History: Descendant of the Sun has strange graphics which is hard to get into. I really hope to see more from these developers. It has nice graphics and well done VO's. We would not say that they are great as many locations do not look beautiful; they are dark and look pretty dull and outdated. Awesome scenery and locations.

The main game is about 3 hours long for fast players and has a satisfying ending while the Bonus Chapter is pointless but has a good length of around 1 hour. The music and storyline also add to the overall immersiveness. Oh my heavens what an epic adventure. Beautiful and detailed. This is a Keeper! I also liked the balance of HOS, puzzles, and adventure though I will say I didn't find it very challenging as far as the HOS and getting lost in the game on what to do or go to next as every game I play doesn't have to be very challenging but I still wished there wouldn't of been any sparkles and black bar tips on the Expert mode. HOGs are clean and clear. There is a jump map that indicates active tasks, so no wandering around. The rotate the rings and repeat sequence with the mole got on my last nerve. I was blown away by the stunning beauty and various cultures depicted in this game. I thought this "feature" was great Date published: Rated 4 out of 5 by hermitcave from A game with a different setting from the norm A young orphan girl, Aarya, turns 18 and is given a box by the woman that has raised her and told she is special and not an orphan. That's been done by others. Some hot spots were very small and could be missed easily. Best graphics on this site.

As always, give it a whirl and decide for yourself. It does offer a Bonus Chapter but still I found the game a bit short. This is transporter and shows where you are as there are circles on the map and the one with "yellow" is where you are. Date published: Rated 5 out of 5 by vsvillanoseven from Great game!!! Nice variety! Thank you devs, for your good work! I went through the reviews and was surprised to see the amount of flak this title has taken. I haven't played a game like this since Myths of the world. I found this refreshing and different from what I usually play. The HOS are just barely interactive and somewhat difficult because of poor graphics. BFG, you never stop with the surprises! The storyline is significantly different than the usual, too, and very engaging.

  1. I had no problem with them. We would not say that they are great as many locations do not look beautiful; they are dark and look pretty dull and outdated. SKIP: Available in 2 minutes for puzzles.

  2. The HOPS could be more interactive. Not just the background music, which was totally appropriate, and got me further engrossed, but also the voiceovers during the cutscenes were great. 4. Despite that, it has not other extras that make it CE worthy such as Achievements or Collectibles. That said, I don't think this is a worthy CE as I missed having achievements and collectibles. However, after playing this again, I have found this to be an interesting game. This may or may not work for you. I was blown away by the stunning beauty and various cultures depicted in this game.

  5. Gives us a chance still to find things on our own, and then just gives that extra nudge in the right direction if we seem to need it. This could of been worked on some more. They are sometimes very time-consuming and overly-difficult and could be very well frustrating.

  12. You play the last minigame [kind of a rubic's cube matching game] and receive the Scroll of Helios and the game ends. I thought this "feature" was great My overall impression: I've played and reviewed the CE version and gave that 3 stars since it didn't have the bells and whistles: collectibles, achievements, morphing. And there will be backtracking to use some of the inventory.
